   • An unedited unboxing video showing the defect/damage

💸 Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Once your return is approved and we receive the item:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• You may choose store credit or a replacement, if available.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

📦 Return Shipping

• If the error is on our side (damaged, wrong product), we cover return shipping.
• If return is due to personal reasons (style, fit, change of mind), customer bears return shipping costs.

📍 Return Address

The return address will be shared via email once your return is approved.
