✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
• Return is initiated within 3 days of product delivery.
• Product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• A mandatory unboxing video is required for verification.

⚠️ Products bought on sale, clearance, or made under custom orders are non-returnable.

To request a return:

2. Include:
   • Order number
   • Clear photos of the issue
   • An unedited unboxing video showing the defect/damage
3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

💸 Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Once your return is approved and we receive the item:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• You may choose store credit or a replacement, if available.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

📦 Return Shipping

• If the error is on our side (damaged, wrong product), we cover return shipping.
• If return is due to personal reasons (style, fit, change of mind), customer bears return shipping costs.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased on sale or discount
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Returns without an unboxing video
• Customized/made-to-order items

📍 Return Address

The return address will be shared via email once your return is approved.

❗ Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing.
• Post-dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.
• If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and process a full refund.
